What it is: |
A 10 week training program designed for those looking to improve their 10k or 5k time.
Group will meet 2 times per week for 10 weeks.
At least one weekly group meeting will include a hard session.
Training schedule and workouts developed by Ryan Canning. Coaching will include: Stretching, Drills (form technique), hills, speed work, and mental training techniques.
Discussions on: hydration, diet, shoes, proper clothing, recovery, race day.

Who is this training group for: |
B2BRunning is geared towards those who have been running and are looking to improve their time by participating in a structured program. We are looking for individuals who are interested in learning to train effectively, run efficiently and benefit from training with others and being guided by coaching. Group is for all levels and abilities, but you should be able to run 10k in 65 minutes.
During registration you will be asked to provide us with your goal time...not what you can run right now, but what you want to run at the 2012 Barber to Boise.

When it starts: |
July 31 and every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm
First group meeting will be July 31. Be prepared for a hard session. All registered participants will be emailed the first week of workouts prior to July 30.

Online training: |
Unable to make the group meeting or don't live in Boise? You can still register for B2BRunning and we will email you weekly workouts and coaches will be available for followup, feedback and to answer questions. You will be provided a summary of any group discussions that take place.

What you get: |
In addition to structured workouts, coaching advice and access to feedback via email on a daily basis for the entire 10 week program, we've put together some SWAG for you as well!

$150.00 gets you the cool SWAG we are lining up and all the mad-science coaching we can offer you!

SOCIAL FUN TIME:

| We will plan 2-3 group gatherings outside of our scheduled training times. This will also include a post-race 'party' for all registered memebers...good food and great times! |
